Texas Rangers, this right-handed starter went on to the Cleveland

1. Lem Barker. Lem had a couple of
very good seasons. Barker won 19 games for the Indians in 1980 and
15 for The Tribe in 1982.
2. John Romano. John had a pretty
good career. In a 10 year career he put up a WAR of 20.9
3. “Wahoo” McDaniel. McDaniel
played for the Oilers, Broncos, Jets and Dolphins.
4. Pervis Ellison. Pervis had a
couple of nice seasons but injuries shredded his career.
5. Brian Sipe. Sipe was the QB of
the “Cardiac Kids” Browns of 1979-80.
6. Mark Price: In nine seasons with
the Cavs Mark averaged 16.4 ppg and 6.7 assists.
7. Steve Balboni. Steve was pretty
much a one trick pony.
8. Milt Plum. Milt’s passer rating
of 110.4 in 1960 was the best in the history of the NFL until 1989.
He was better than I thought.
9. Gump Worsley. Besides being a
hall of famer, Gump had a great nickname.
10. Danny Tartabull. Danny had four
seasons of 100+ RBIs.
